Stella-Mary Benni serves as a Director of AAA Finance.

Stella-Mary had over two-decade experience in the Nigeria Banking industry and manufacturing sector. She led teams and divisions across Standard Trust Bank, United Bank for Africa, UBA and finally left Mainstreet bank as Head of Financial Institutions to set up her manufacturing outfit. She equally serves on the board of other non-financial and charity-based organizations.

Stella-Mary is graduate of Agricultural Economics from University of Ibadan and holds an MBA from Lagos State University. She is a chartered member of Nigerian Institute of Management-NIM and Chartered Institute of Bankers-CIBN.

Pius Ayodele serves as a Non-Executive Director of AAA Finance.

Pius is a seasoned and experienced businessman with over 30 years working experience in Construction and Agrobusiness. Earlier in his life, Pius have held leadership position with African Petroleum and Owena Mills Limited respectively before setting up his various business outfit. Pius is the chairman of Hempstead Nigeria Limited and other various companies.

Pius holds a Diploma in Accountancy from Polytechnic OWO; a Graduate Diploma in Accountancy from the Federal Polytechnic Ado Ekiti and a Master's in Business Administration from Ladoke Akintola University. Pius is a Chartered Accountant.

Olufunmi Okubanjo serves as a director of AAA Finance.

Olufunmi joined AAA Finance in 2020. She serves as the Vice President Operations and Organizational delivery of Gidi Mobile Ltd. Prior to Gidi Mobile. She started her career in the finance sector, with a leading finance research firm – Financial Derivatives as a Treasury Analyst and moved to an international bank --- Standard Chartered Bank, Nigeria to work in operations and sales. Throughout her career, she has worked in various investor relations and EdTech roles. She also serves as an active trustee on the board of two faith based non- governmental organizations, with the objective of providing capacity development and basic amenities to the socially disadvantaged using technology.

Olufunmi holds a first degree in Economics and a master’s in Development finance from the Graduate School of Business, University of Cape Town. She is a Certified Development Finance Analyst and PRINCE2 Project Management Practitioner.
