Job Title: Accounts & Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting, including ledger, payables, receivables, and reconciliations
- Prepare and review management accounts, financial statements, and board reports
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Oversee cash flow, treasury, and working capital
- Manage tax filings and regulatory returns
- Strengthen internal controls and drive cost optimisation
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and Nigerian regulations
- Liaise with auditors, banks, regulators, and tax authorities
- Lead and supervise the accounts and finance team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- ICAN, ACCA, or equivalent (strongly preferred)
- 5+ years’ experience in accounting or finance, including 2+ years in a managerial or supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, and regulatory compliance
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting software
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
- High integrity and attention to detail
