Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced ICT manager to join our team and contribute to our operations. The Ideal Candidate will be responsible for managing all technological aspects of the Company’s operations. The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the company’s IT infrastructure and systems.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Maintain and administer the company’s servers, network systems, and telecommunication infrastructure.
• Oversee the installation, configuration, and monitoring of hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Ensure the security, availability, and integrity of the company’s data and systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues promptly.
• Provide technical assistance and support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network problems.
• Set up and maintain user accounts, email addresses, and access privileges.
• Conduct regular system backups and ensure data recovery procedures are in place.
• Assist in the evaluation, procurement, and installation of IT equipment and software.
• Implement and maintain robust security measures to protect the company’s confidential information and systems.
• Monitor network traffic and identify potential security breaches or vulnerabilities.
• Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
• Conduct periodic audits to assess system vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
• Design, implement, and maintain the company’s network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, and VPN connections.
• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and optimize network resources.
• Coordinate and oversee IT projects, ensuring that they are executed within budget and timeline constraints.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to determine project requirements, objectives, and success criteria.
• Develop project plans, allocate resources, and track project progress.
• Ensure effective communication and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with external service providers to ensure reliable and secure network connectivity.

Minimum Qualification & Experience Required

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or related field.
• Minimum of 3-4 Years relevant experience in Information Technology.
